Nemean-Trideum Joint Venture, LLC (NTSS JV), a Sierra Vista, AZ based Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified Mentor Protégé Joint Venture, comprised of Nemean Solutions, LLC (Nemean) and Trideum Corporation (Trideum), was awarded a new multi-year, multimillion-dollar contract supporting joint military test and evaluation efforts across multiple states, including Mississippi, Nevada, and Virginia.
NTSS JV was selected to provide several services to support the Joint Test and Evaluation (JT&E) Program Office (JPO), ranging from program management, test engineers, website designers, database administrators, and financial, property, and security managers. NTSS JV teamed with long-time incumbent SimIS, Inc. to provide the winning competitive bid. The transition effort included early success in transitioning 100% of the existing workforce over a weekend with no loss of income or delay in services.
“The Nemean-Trideum Joint Venture is an amazing partnership,’ said Nemean Solutions’ CEO, Simon E. Ortiz. “When we started Nemean, we knew we wanted to form lasting formal partnerships with ethical and proven companies. Trideum was the perfect choice to create a formal SBA approved Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture. We value the opportunity to learn from such a great organization.”
Regarding this announcement, Trideum President and COO Favio Lopez stated, “This contract marks the first award to our joint venture with Nemean Solutions, NTSS. We are extremely pleased about this opportunity and excited to work alongside SimIS to provide exemplary services to the JT&E Program Office.”
“It’s a privilege to continue supporting the JPO, Joint Test & Evaluation program. SimIS’ devotion to ensuring we preserve our relationship with JT&E and our highly capable and professional workforce is a testament of our team’s efforts. Our team looks forward to providing JT&E & NTSS JV with continued innovative and modernized solutions to enhance our warfighters capabilities” stated Dr. Johnny Garcia, CEO of SimIS.
Nemean President and NTSS JV managing executive, Craig Mount, stated, “NTSS JV provides our customers an incredible capability to leverage the experience and socio-economic advantages of two wonderful companies, Nemean and Trideum. NTSS JV combines Nemean’s energy and agility with Trideum’s knowledge and best practices to support complex government requirements, either competitively or by leveraging sole source awards up to $100 million dollars per award as an SBA mentor-protégé program member.”
Mount continued, “NTSS JV also enables flexible and positive teaming, allowing great partners like SimIS to continue to successfully support efforts they have poured years into while maintaining greater workshare. NTSS JV is a win for our government customers who gain value with strong contract teams, transition mitigation, and the ability to meet their small business goals with proven past performance.”
