Nemean-Trideum Joint Venture, LLC (NTSS JV), a Sierra Vista, AZ based Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) certified Mentor Protégé Joint Venture, comprised of Nemean Solutions, LLC (Nemean) and Trideum Corporation (Trideum) and its subcontracting partner SimIS Inc., was awarded a new multi-year, multimillion-dollar contract supporting joint military test and evaluation efforts for, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (DHS/CBP).
NTSS JV was selected to provide comprehensive systems and software engineering, program management, technical, and analytical T&E support services to the DHS/CBP, Operations Support (OS) Land Systems Operational Test Authority (LSOTA) performing Operational Test and Evaluation of new and existing DHS/CBP acquisition programs, projects and systems. NTSS JV teamed with long-time incumbent SimIS, Inc. to provide the winning competitive bid. The transition effort included early success in transitioning 100% of the existing workforce over a 24-hour period with no loss of income or delay in services.
